Topic outline

  • Home Based Care - Home Based Education

This course is aimed at supporting carers who are looking after a member of their own family who has been diagnosed with dementia. It is an interactive, and participatory course that needs to be facilitated by a skilled and knowledgable tutor. The course has been built with an Irish audience in mind. But the themes are universal and should be relevant in many jurisdictions.

  • Week 1: Welcome and Induction

Our tutor can also provide you with reminders and tips about the HSE advice regarding Coronavirus.  However, we cannot offer personalised medical advice.
